Hindraf leader wants opportunity to rebut allegations

Kuala Lumpur, Feb.5 (ANI): Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) legal adviser M. Manoharan has said that he will be applying to the Royal Commission of Inquiry to allow him to rebut allegations made by lawyer Datuk V.K. Lingam against him.
Lawyer Karpal Singh was quoted by The Star as saying that Manoharan, who is now in detention under the Internal Security Act, had asked him to act on the matter.
He said Manoharan had relayed his intention through his wife during a visit on Sunday. (ANI)
